• Borough Green – total refurbishment of uninhabitable 2-bed semi, plus 2-storey extension, transforming it to a 4 bed family home.
  
  
• Wrotham – cottage refurbishment with new kitchen, electrics, plastering etc.
  
  
• Borough Green – single storey extension (40 m²) plus internal alterations to form new kitchen and toilets to Local Church.
  
  
• Platt – 2 storey extension providing living area / playroom / bathroom and ensuite.
  
  
• Wrotham – two 2 bed cottages totally refurbished, with new extensions containing high quality kitchens and bathrooms, with landscaping and external works.
  
      
  
  
• Kemsing / Plaxtol / Borough Green – replacement kitchens and bathrooms, with new doorways / walls removed etc to "create space".
  
  
• Borough Green – single story extension to create new study plus cloakroom with shower, plus external landscaping.
  
       
  
  
• Sevenoaks – conversion of part of large garage to a new study room.
