Our History

Directors Paul Gallant and James Penn have worked together on a part time basis since 1995, having completed various small local building projects for themselves and close friends.

Early in 2002, an opportunity arose for redevelopment of 2 Nr Character Cottages in Wrotham, and this was to be the beginning of Joseph’s.

The Company was officially formed on 19/12/02.

Joseph’s has a strong Management and Organisational background, and nearly 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry - Paul having trained as a Surveyor (MCIOB achieved in 1991), and having been involved in projects with values in excess of £5Million.

2003 was a year of new beginnings with an established reputation to build upon.
