Preferred Work

A) DIRECT CLIENTS

Joseph’s is a local company wishing to work for local clients. Work to date has been in Sevenoaks, Borough Green, Wrotham, Kemsing, Plaxtol and Southborough. We use local labour and local suppliers and are therefore able to provide local knowledge, and respond to requests and recommendations.

Project size is flexible, ranging from under £1,000 to £50,000, with phased work able to be planned and co-ordinated to suit our Client’s budgets.

Replacement kitchens, bathrooms, and study rooms, creating better space utilisation, have been successfully completed. We can also offer a complete refurbishment service with design input and budgeting.

B) DEVELOPMENT

We demonstrated in 2002 our ability to produce a sympathetic development in a Conservation Area, combining both character and modern features in an exciting and viable manner.

We will be actively seeking an opportunity to carry out this type of project again over the coming months.

Project size (excluding purchase) from £25,000 to £100,000.

Joseph’s understands what a Client or Purchaser requires (and dreams of!) and can successfully achieve it.
